Gallery Thumbnails large and blurry

Have been informed by a customer that our images are blurry. When I looked into this the gallery images are not appearing as thumbnails anymore.

I have cleared my cache, deactivated plugins, installed Health Check, through WooCommerce I have regenerated the shop thumbnails.

We are running on Blossom Shop theme but have not experienced this issue previously. When I swap to the Twenty Twenty Four theme the thumbnails show correctly but I was hoping to be able to stay with our current theme.

In the forums I did find that someone had raised this issue recently and it was marked as resolved but there were no comments on how it was resolved.
