GCC High SMTP

Hello all,

Might be a shot in the dark but trying to figure out how to reconfigure the WP mail SMTP post GCC High migration.

I have gone to https://www.manageengine.com/products/service-desk-msp/help/adminguide/configurations/helpdesk/default-mail-server-configurations.html

And confided accordingly but keeps stating that “SMTP Error: Could not authenticate”

Using the Other SMTP connection with the SMTP username connected to our companies tenant with the correct password.
