Thank you for getting in touch, we do appreciate your time. I am sorry to hear you are having trouble with the admin area not functioning as expected.
Based on the information you have provided, it sounds as though another plugin/theme related tool may also be loading the Google Maps API on your site. Another potential issue may be that the loading order is being altered in some way on the backend, preventing our modules from loading as expected.
Although our plugin has many checks in place to get around these kinds of loading conflicts, there are some cases that do require more adjustment on a case by case basis.
I’ve run a series of tests on the website and things do appear to be configured correctly, as you have mentioned, and this leads me to believe that this may be an edge-case which the plugin cannot account for automatically.
I’d like to ask that you reach out to us on our website so that we can discuss the next steps in debugging and solving this issue.
We are eager to get this resolved as soon as possible.

Following your suggestion, switched on SETTINGS option “Prevent other plugins and theme loading API”
Now it’s working properly.
