Getting error “Uncaught ReferenceError: cmplz_accept_all is not defined”

[ad_1]

Hi @tosturaw,

I’ve checked the attached page, although the described error doesn’t seem to appear anymore. It may have been temporary, for example as a result of caching/optimizations; are you still experiencing any issues?

If the behavior does seem to persist on your end, you could try the below version of the Complianz plugin in which the cmplz_accept_all function has been moved.

Download:

Hope this helps, let me know!

Kind regards, Jarno

Hi @jarnovos

Thanks for the response.

Yes it actually worked after I re-installed the free plugin. But as I installed the premium plugin, it showed the same error.

I am now removing the plugin and installing the one you provided.
One question, if I install the premium plugin over the free plugin, will it work?

I guess I will find out and return to you with updates.

————-After Installing premium plugin————-

As before, when I install the premium plugin, I get the same error.
Can you provide a premium plugin version which doesn’t have this “cmplz_accept_all” error?

Thanks

Hi @tosturaw,

As you’re now using the Premium plugin (and as we’re solely allowed to discuss the Free plugin on these forums):

Please reach us via support(at)complianz.io and I will attach a plugin version containing same adjustment, but for the Premium plugin in this case.

I’ll mark this thread as resolved for the aforementioned reason.

Kind regards, Jarno
