Gmail From Name not changing, defaults to “WordPress”

Hi there,

I’m at a loss to locate where this issue lives. What is happening is when external Gmail users go to send an email to the address connected to WP Mail SMTP, the from name in the to field populates as “WordPress” instead of the business name. I put the business name in the plugin and checked other places, and I cannot figure out where “WordPress” is coming from and how to override it. See screenshots below… HELP!
