Go daddy builder to fasthost wordpress

Hi, I have a client who has tried building their own website via go daddy but has came to me to redesign the site witch i reccomend wordpress and use fasthost.

I know I cannot migrate their website to fasthost as it is but im wondering how I go about designing the new website and launching with no downtime to their current domain.
