Good plug-in that searches image tags and displays in a gallery.

I’m about to bring over a massive archive of an untagged mess of photos from an old organization and their now defunct website. The organization produces over 500 photos a season that needs to be archived and displayed.

My idea is to tag through the photos and then build a page to search the tags and display matches. For now I need an image plugin that will do that in the interim until I can build something better; this is going to be a multi-year archiving process and I just want a simple solution for now.
