I see that you’ve already enabled TCF in Complianz, so the configuration in the Complianz Wizard appears to be correct.
The answer to your question mainly depends on how you’ve configured the tool used to serve the ads. You would have to configure such tool(s) for TCF usage and to load ads based on consent. You can find an example for the Complianz & Advanced Ads plugin here.
