All of the Complianz Premium plans includes support for Google Consent Mode V2, so which plan you need mainly depends on how many sites/activations you are going to use the plugin.
Assuming that you intend to use the plugin on ~100 sites, the Agency (100 sites) plan would seem appropriate in your case (https://complianz.io/agencies/).
