Yes. Enhanced Conversion Tracking includes everything in the “regular” Conversion Tracking Template. The templates have som overlapping varibles, triggers and tags, so you will have to merge them when you are using multiple templates.
I would start by importing the Dynamic Remarketing template and not change any variables. Then you can import the Enhanced Conversion Tracking template and overwrite any overlapping elements. When you have done that you can edit the Google Ads conversion ID and Label and fill in your own values.
