I have an image on my header that links to an external website. I found no tracking event recorded in Google Analytics. I bought Monster Insights, still couldn’t find the “clicks” events of the image link.
I’m a beginner in analytics. Please help.

You either have to add some code to the A tag of the button to register an event on the button click or (my analytic knowledge is poor) you have to setup an event on a region of the website in tag manager. I don’t know how to do tat though.
