It’s a bit difficult to tell what is causing it without checking the page with the form but just to confirm: you also did add the “reCaptcha” field to the form in form builder and selected correct version in field settings, right?
If yes, then we’d need to take a closer look so would you mind sharing a link to the page with the form where the captcha should be showing up but is not, please?
