If everything is set up correctly, this message only shows that no buyer has reached the purchase confirmation page since you activated the tracking pixel.
After the first visit to the purchase confirmation page, this message will show as active or no recent conversions.
If it shows no recent conversions it means that the tracking pixel is active, but no conversion has happened that was triggered by the click on an ad.
