What does this even mean? When I go to the site, there’s only a log in option, and a pretty blank UI that says ‘Earn Cash On your Terms by Collecting Data’ I guess my question is why the fuck would anyone want to collect data from my rinky dink site?

Sounds like your site was compromised. That’s typically how those types of links make their way into our WordPress sites. I would change your pwd and have your site cleaned asap.
