Thanks for your inquiry.
When we open the website (both with and without 10Web Booster), it first opens a blank white screen and then loads the content.
10Web Booster Delay JS functionality delays your JS files and attaches them after the hover only. As the first response of the website is a white screen, the content is not being attached before hover. Thus Google PageSpeed Insights sees a blank website and fails to check the speed.
I changed the logic and now JS files are being attached automatically, thus the issue is solved.
However if you find the cause of the white screen and disable it (it is probably a preloader), the website score should be much better.
