Your Site Health information. You can use this form to share privately if preferred.
What is your current site language set to. To check this you can go to Settings > General > Site Language.
Once I have this information from you I can help provide some next steps to take.

Could I also please ask you to try following the troubleshooting steps here to see if you still have an issue with the language when in troubleshooting mode with just Site Kit active.

Site language = French and when troubleshooting mode is enabled, the plugin is in french !
And now in French when desactivated! Wonderful!

@agencekineka This means that either your theme or one of the plugins on your site was causing this to happen. I would suggest enabling these one by one and checking back on Site Kit to see which was causing this.
