Unfortunately, our plugin does not work with the Apple/Google Pay buttons. Sadly, this is due to a limitation on their end. The creators from the plugin do not allow us to hook in and integrate our plugin with theirs.
I have left numerous threads on their forums (here is one) and helpdesks to fix this issue but unfortunately, they have not fixed it. This is also the number 1 upvoted issue on the WooCommerce Ideas Board here, which shows more people have this issue.
I’m sorry I do not have better news for you about this. The best advice I can give is to create a ticket on their support forums to increases pressure on them. If many people report the same issue, they may be persuaded to fix it.
