So I have a WordPress site and use a gravity form to do ticket sales for events.
The gravity form uses stripe for payments
However, about every other transaction won't complete.
Some of my customers get a "wheel of death" and the transaction won't complete
it doesn't matter the browser etc
I cleared cash for the specific site in speed optimizer and purged the cache too
nothing
gravity forms isn't a help
WordPress isn't a help
anyone else have this issue
Do you have a SMTP plugin for emails?
And did you set up stripe correctly? This is probably whats going on.
On a site note, gravity forms support is great.
WordPress doesn’t offer support for third party plugins. But it sounds like you are hosting with them.
And just to double check, you’re using the official gravity forms plugin with an active licence? I don’t want to sound like a jerk but alot of people ask for help while using nulled plugins on here.
