I am having some trouble with Gravity Forms on my client’s website. I have set up a notification email which is meant to send their sales staff an email whenever a client fills in a form.
The email notification **reaches gmail inboxes inbox just fine** (I tested 2x), but it **will not come through to either of the email addresses with custom domains** which we have tested.
Gravity Forms says all emails have been delivered; something seems to be stopping them from reaching their desired destination. They are not in the spam or junk folder.
Does anyone know why this might be or have a solution?

What From address are you using? Does the From domain name have SPF and DMARC records set up?
