You did not make field mappings for the GTIN and Brand field, that is why those are not in your feed. See: https://www.dropbox.com/s/hg4d3g662236ngx/NoGTINMapping.png?dl=0
So make sure you add field mappings for Google’s g:gtin and g:brand fields. That will solve the issue at hand.
