When we map a GTIN code column from the Rank Math plugin or from the Google Shopping & Ads plugin, both of which already contain a GTIN fields in Woocommerce, the CTX feed outputs nothing from either field on any variable products. The feed only outputs GTIN on simple products, so all of our variable products have nothing at all for a UPC/GTIN. We’ve tried mapping it to both plugins and neither is working.
Others have posted this same issue repeatedly and no solution has ever been given so we are posting it again.
We switched from another plugin that was taking WAY too much CPU power and took over 24 hours to generate a feed, and yours is amazing because it generates the same feed in 30 seconds, but if we can’t get a GTIN column it’s not going to work for us.
