Hi.
A have a very plane blog, not much design (and that is how i like it).
however I want to do some configuration to the header, footer and side menu, but I can’t find any resources to help me with that. I see a lot of guides to Gutenberg, but it looks like it is for the pages/post itself only and not the site itself. (Also, don’t want a page-builder)

Somethings I want to change:
White color on title, not black, bigger text
Search bar above post when using mobile
Also I just want some more understanding, because it has been try and fail for me up until know.
