What are we supposed to be using for the front page if you’re building within WordPress’ site editor on something like the Twenty Twenty Four theme?
The ‘front page’ that typically gets set when you set one of these up, or create a new page and make that the ‘homepage’ in the settings?
The latter has the advantage of being able to use on page SEO tools via plugins, but doesn’t seem the template ‘front page’ is able to do that. But seeing as WordPress are packaging the Front page as the homepage in this new set up I’d thought that this is the new normal!
Any ideas or links to any information on this? Can’t see anything as yet but maybe I’ve missed it.
