This simple checkout page, seems to be impossible to create.
Woocommerce and surecart just lets you make a product then add to cart then checkout.
All i want is to create a checkout page with three options and let people enter information after that. But id i add a product to woocommerce then it gives you a god damn store and a checkout page like a clothing store page.
I just want this exact below :
