Can’t you just have hosting support import a backup? That would be the safest way to get back a working AND mailware-free website.
Because the view you see at the moment seems extremely strange. If the backend works properly, you can try to reinstall the theme you are using. Change to another one, delete the previous one and reinstall and activate it.
