Hi, i´m lost. Like really lost. I´m breaking my head over this for few days now (doing something else in between).
I´m using Kids play theme and there is an option for mobil menu. That is working for some pages, but for some it´s not. CSS is for everything the same. I see just one thing that´s different between pages where it´s working and those where it´s not working. The difference is that under the header is white background or colorful background.
Really tough to say without seeing the page. Can you link to it?
Since you mentioned background colors, maybe there’s just a color contrast issue? In other words, maybe the hamburger menu is there but not visible because the menu icon is the same color as the background color.
