Hamburger stays put when scrolling

Hi. I am using the Hamburger Icon Menu Lite plugin to create a hamburger menu. It works, but when I scroll the page, then hamburger stays at the top of the display, and is not anchored to the top of the page.

What is causing this to happen, and how can I tell the hamburger to stay at the top of the page when scrolling? I am missing something. Thanks!
