I started creating my business directory website around 3 months ago. I have been using Hivepress. Unfortunately, due to issues regarding the import tool, mobile functionality and lack of ability to edit forms and their customer service team not responding for 5 weeks. We have decided to change plugins.
Directorist is one of the options, alongside directories pro and toolset. The issue I have with directorist is there is a lot of reviews out there stating they have no customer service support what so ever. People also saying the system looks great but once they start using it nothing works like search filtering systems etc. On top of this I have tried to get in touch with them via their customer support on their site but have not heard anything for 3 days. We really can’t afford to waste another 3 months waiting for the system to work properly!
Can anyone who has actually built a business directory website using WordPress and a directory plugin recommend the software you have used. If anyone has experience using Directorist/Toolset/Directories Pro, please share your experience with me. Thanks in advance!
