This is more of a relative situation, rather than something that’s black on white. The speed of the site totally depends on multiple independent factors, such as server configuration, number of third party services installed, the amount of content that’s on the site and so on.
I can guarantee that we haven’t made any major changes with our latest updates, so this shouldn’t come from any recent updates.
I would recommend thoroughly checking all third party services that you might’ve implemented (plugins, scripts, snippets, etc.) and see if any of these are slowing things down. It might also be worth looking at your current settings for the caching plugin that you have implemented.
