Has anyone tried the “New” Native search that comes with the Astra Pro theme ?

Does anyone use their native search ? I don’t need it now , but I hope the day will come when I will need to introduce Search to my site and I.am wondering if it is any good ? And or is it good enough not to splurge on a paid option ?
