header too tall on mobile

Hi,

I have two questions:

1) I’m trying to build a new site with the Ollie theme.

When I make a header with either a background image or just a color it looks fine on desktop–maybe an inch and a half tall–but when I view on mobile the header gets WAY too tall–either square or even a tall rectangle shape.

This does not happen to the footer.

I’ve tried to make new headers from scratch and I can’t prevent this from happening.

(I have searched google and reddit for an answer to this and either I am not wording it correctly or it is an edge case. I suspect the former.)

2) where is the best place or method to ask newbie questions like this without becoming irritating and/or wearing out my welcome?
