Health Check – clicking ‘Your website does not use HTTPS.’ Causes website to go into a redirect loop.

Does anyone know specifically what this changes and how to revert it?

I use Nginx for reverse proxy and no matter what I try I can’t access the website.

I adjusted the database values for the home and siteurl back to http:// but that didn’t help.
