I am trying to hire an SEO specialist from fiverr and i wanted to know if there is a way to hire them without giving them full admin access to the site. Anyone here that was in a similar situation?

Firstly, you won’t find an ‘expert’ on Fiverr.
Secondly, ask them what they need to do to the site and then decide if they need access.
Basically, they shouldn’t need full admin access as they’ll no doubt just be updating your SEO plugin and adding content to pages – for that just give them editor access.
But, seriously though, I advise not using someone off fiverr to do this as they will most likely end up causing you problems.
You can limit his access on your admin dashboard, you can use a plugin called User Role Editor that can limit a user role and capabilities. Then give him access to SEO tools that he might need.
