Hello,

This means your .htaccess file was deleted or not working correctly. Can you navigate to Settings > Permalinks and click Save to see if that fixes the issue for you?

There is a detailed guide on troubleshooting a 404 error. If flashing permalinks doesn’t do anything, go to the next step provided on this page:

After clicking save changes nothing happened everything remained the same page not found

Hi there,

If you have caching enabled on your site please disable it and change your Permalinks > Common Settings to plain (first option on top) then save changes. See if it helps.

If not, best to reach out to your new host so they can check it’s everything set correctly in your .htaccess and wp-config.php files.

Thanks.

everything is solved, I had the name of the record, I changed it to a simple one and everything worked

only very strange on the old hosting worked fine
