So I started writing a blog for the company I work for and I was having a lot of issues uploading stuff- connecting things etc.. I installed jetpack and it seemed to be working fine, but then all of a sudden it stopped working. I got all these notices that I needed to update the various plugins on the site so I just clicked update thinking that would make everything work again. And it did. BUTTT when I went to the other pages of the site- homepage, etc.. that I hadn’t touched at all because I’m not working on them, they’re all missing buttons. Like really important buttons. They just disappeared. I went into the pages to try to find these buttons, and I can’t. They were built with raw html- so I copied the raw html from other pages where they still existed and hadn’t disappeared, and tried to put them back where they were originally, but they are formatting so weird and don’t look anything like they should and I’m freaking out.
Can anyone help me? I think the issue might be this plugin called wpbakery page builder.
I’m not attaching any photos or links here because I don’t want my boss to see it and know yet.
