Hello, I got an warning on my wordpress website about auto loaded data slowing the performance, it is currently 1MB worth.
I didnt even know what that was so upon researching I found out how to look for it and the first thing I noticed is that I have a bunch of data from my old theme (Astra). So I would like to know if anyone knows a way I can safely delete it, preferably without messing with the database, I would rather not mess with it and risk it since I am not a programmer.
