Help Creating Product Variations

[ad_1]

Hello everyone,

I am new to WordPress and Elementor Pro. I am using WooCommerce to build an e-commerce page. I've hit a wall trying to create a simple product page. Here's what I'm trying to achieve:

I'm selling a CD. I'm offering the actual physical copy and downloadable version in 3 different formats (mp3, flac, wav). Each audio format will vary in price.

When I'm trying to present these options on a product page in the form of tabs, it's impossible to make the process simple. I've tried the attributes and variations settings, but then it creates multiple drop-downs for both tabs. For example, I have a tab labeled 'Physical CD' and 'Downloadable CD', and both of them have drop downs offering the user to choose between physical and downloadable AND the three formats. it looks silly.

How can I achieve a UI where the Physical CD tab only has an add-to-cart button, while the Downloadable CD tab includes the option to choose various audio formats?

I would be grateful for some help in this matter.

  1. Have you tried using the built-in variable product option? It simplifies managing variations!
