Help! How to change the embed preview details of my WordPress site when sending the link in Discord or other messaging apps?

When posting the site Homepage link on Discord, the embed preview says “admin” and “discord” – how do I edit these attributes on WordPress so I can add a proper site description in embeds when I send the site link to others? Thanks!
