Help! I followed a tutorial with starter templates and rewrote my old website

I know nothing about WordPress please help. I followed a tutorial with the starter template plug in, I chose a plug-in and didn’t realize it would rewrite the whole website. The template or whatever I downloaded doesn’t seem to be in the theme area and I deleted all the new pages but it still looks so different
