help! I need to build a new site and switch without downtime

The client already has a website running at “exampledomain.com” built in “WP Bakery” and they asked me to build the same site as similar as possible in Elementor on new hosting that I already have access to.
How would you proceed with this requirement?

I installed WordPress in the new hosting via softaculous, but I can’t access to the wp-admin because it redirects me to the old hosting website.
