Help Making Mobile Site Look Like Desktop Site [Paid]

Looking for someone who can hop on discord with me and hopefully fix my site. I love the way it looks/operates on desktop, but for some reason it appears/scales different on mobile.

Details are in this post, but roughly I am trying to fix

-Embedded youtube videos that don't scale on mobile

-Top menu bar displaying differently on mobile

-Clicking the logo at the top of the site does not redirect to the home page on mobile
