Hello,
I work at a regional furniture store with a few locations. We had a website built for us by an agency just a few months ago. The website is VERY slow (not just for me, tested with others too) and a freelancer developer I hired said even working on the backend in wp is VERY slow. This developer has told us that the problem is hosting. We are using wp engine and he is insisting we use something called Siteground. I don’t know much of anything about hosting. It feels like it would be annoying to switch hosts especially since our site just launched. But of course I don’t want my site to be very slow. Any insight on this? Thank you.
