Help me solve an error!

[ad_1]

My website shows a critical error and I’m unable to login to the website’s backend, upon watching some videos and turning on the debug, I’ve found this error. Can anyone please help me understand what this means and how to resolve this. (I’ve no coding knowledge, the developer is unreachable)

  1. Disable any cache plugins and or cache tools on the server level. If it works, then it is a cache issue and you can start debugging from there

  2. Connect to your server with ftp, rename the cache plugin folder in something like [nameOfThPlugin]_old. That will deactivate the plugin. If it does not solve your issue, try to disable the other plugins in the same way until you can login to the admin again. You can then rename the plugin folders and reactivate one by one the plugins. Use chat GPT to help you with the errors by entering a query like : I have a WordPress installation with (list of plugins). I encounter the following errors.

  3. U got hacked, you sée a folder generated by a backdoor, i Guess there IS other backdoors, put website off, take backup, clean, update and you ll bé fine

  4. 2 plugins seem to be the main culprits

    1) the translation plugin

    2) object cache plugin

There are many options to resolve these issues

    * Reset default settings for both plugins
    * Try to swap both plugins with alternatives
    * Delete both plugins and reinstall them

    > for the Cache plugin a fix could be to simply flush all cache and make sure you don’t have any setting that has a warning next to it activated
