I noticed my website was a tad bit slow, so I installed the plugin WPSuper Cache. A week ago there was no difference so I turned to the company that’s hosting my website. They advised me to get rid of WPsupercache and get W3 Total Cache. But now I can’t get into WP anymore. I do see my website in edit mode, but when I want to get to the WordPress side it crashes. So I turned to my hosting but they said: “we never gave such advice, not our problem” But they offered one backup, but that didn’t help because W3 Total Cache failed once again. Then they said to me to do a backup a day before W3 was installed. But it was still there. They choose to ignore me when I again asked for help. Then WP gave an error which said to delete that plugin. Which I did via FileZilla. Now that error is gone but I stilll have no acces to WordPress (menu page). I can however see my website which is in build mode and not online.
What can I do to get it back to working? Do I have to do a complete reinstall of WordPress? too bad because I spend a couple of weeks building it but if it solves this issue..
Im kinda desperate
