A programmer looked and found no issues with the code, the two sites are on different hosting services. I’m able to load the Admin dashboard and make changes and there’s nothing strange in the plugins or anything.
Yesterday one of the sites wouldn’t load for me but worked for someone else so I rebooted my computer and the site worked. Today it’s everyone. What the heck? I’m at a total loss and I’m kinda blocked in my work waiting for tech people.
Any thoughts?

Can you share the link? Also can you access other links directly on the site? For example mysite/contact
You have two sites on different servers and they both went down? At the same time?
Have you tried accessing the sites from other machines, preferably with different internet service providers? Are you sure your domain names have not expired?
Turn on debugging and/or look in the servers error log for the cause of the error.
