So, I have a client who has two website builders installed on her website.
First, she has Cornerstone. I noticed that she uses Cornerstone on her pages and Elementor on her blog posts. What I observed is that some blog posts use the native WordPress blog builder, while her newer blog posts were created via the Elementor builder.
On her newer blog posts that use Elementor, there is no featured image, despite me placing a featured image in both the WordPress Edit Post section and the Elementor Builder. No problems so far on the older blog posts because it uses the default WordPress blog builder.
Should I advise her to stick to just one builder? She already has tons of pages created on Cornerstone, and it could be a pain to recreate all of them on Elementor.
I think my immediate change would be to convert those newer Elementor-created blog posts into the default WordPress blog post builder so that hopefully the featured images show up this time.
After that, I could suggest that she create a dedicated Blog Post page for Elementor, rather than using the Posts Page created by default in WordPress.
What do you guys think?
