I’ve been working on setting up a WordPress website hosted on Hostinger, and I’ve run into a bit of a snag. Despite my efforts, the main page that should be displayed when someone visits the site is not showing up. Instead, visitors are greeted with the default page of the Twenty Twenty-Four theme.
Here’s what I’ve tried so far:
Cleared browser and WordPress cache.
Checked WordPress settings to ensure the correct page is set as the homepage.
Deactivated all plugins to check for conflicts.
Despite all these steps, the issue remains unresolved.
Thank you in advance

howdy – MAKE A BACKUP then…. a) add another theme and switch to that theme, does the same thing happen? be sure to check your website in incognito or private browsing after you change themes. IF YES it is still happening, then contact Hostinger. IF NOT, then there is something wrong with the theme you are using. It sounds like it is falling back to twenty twenty-four because the code on the theme you are using is wrong or does not support either Menus, Headers or something else that was not called correctly. b) are you using a custom theme or one purchased from Envato or somewhere else? (reach out to the developer) c) RE-INSTALL the SAME theme you are having trouble with. d) have hostinger spin up another copy of wordpress for you in a different folder on your hosting account, move your theme over to it and see if it still happens there. – what is the URL?
