Hello,
I am using Woo Commerce and I am trying to figure out how to setup shipping like this:
Ship to only the USA
All items (Under $1,500 have 18% shipping added individually. All single items $1,500 (or more) shipping would be free.
Needing to calculate based on item price not cart total.
Example 1: 2 items are in the cart, one is $100 and one is $1,500
Shipping would come out to $18.00
Example 2: 3 items in cart, $1,000 each, cart total is $3,000 but since all three items are under $1,500 the 18% applies
Shipping would come out to: $540
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
