DFlip books not showing

[ad_1]

Hello, hoping to get help with this as soon as possible. For context, I’m using Elementor and DFlip (Lifetime Pro version). Randomly, All Dflip books on my website have stopped showing up on my end when I go to my website logged into my user account. I’ve tested and all my other users and subscribers can see everything normally, it’s only my account having the issue. This leads me to believe it’s an issue solely with how my account is set up but I have absolutely no way of figuring out what the problem is and it seems like no one else in the world has ever experienced this but me because there’s absolutely no support or FAQ on any website about it. If anyone has encountered this and knows how to fix it PLEASE answer because the headache I have from looking at this is immense. Thank you

  1. hey –

    do a) first then c) then b) 🙂

    a) add yourself as another user with another email account with the same privs (ie: admin, editor, etc.) then login and see if you have the same issue. IF SO, then it is an issue with the ROLE that you are choosing so option is to create a user with less PRIVS and use that user to view the Flipbooks.

    b) you can RE-INSTALL FLIPBOOK PRO – MAKE A BACKUP OF YOUR DATABASE AND FILES then –> go to plugins and deactivate it. Then Delete it. You should install WP OPtimize and REMOVE the TABLES for the FLIPBOOK in the database. If you skip this step, whatever is in the database may just pop back up again. Then add the plugin back to the site. You may have to add the Flipbooks back one by one. If that does not work, you will have to restore from backup.

    c) DEACTIVATE all plugins except Flipbook Pro. Do you still have the same problem? IF so, change Themes. If that doesn’t work try to install flipbook on another wordpress Website. You may have to contact your host to have them add a new version for you in another folder. Then add Flipbook Pro only to that website and see if you have the same problem.

Sometimes the database gets corrupt. Plugins conflict and Themes get in the way.

  2. When flipbooks disappear, do you check the developer console? Do you see any errors? Can you see all elements or that parts are not rendered at all?

Are all scripts necessary loaded (JS, CSS)? Could it be a caching, or minifying issue?
