In https://projectdmc.org/documentation/article/preferences-overview/ you should have a Panels section in your preferences, which is where you turn those missing panels on, but you don’t even have that section.
This problem may be a plugin or theme conflict. Please attempt to deactivate all plugins and switch to the default Twenty Twenty-Four theme. If the problem goes away, re-activate them one by one to identify the source of the problem.
If you can install plugins, install Health Check. On the troubleshooting tab, you can click the button to deactivate all plugins and change the theme for you while you’re still logged in without affecting normal visitors to your site.
Actually when WP installed, have 2 plugin: anti spam … and hello dolly.. I don’t remember exactly but I just deleted both of them. So now it’s no any plugin here, see photo.
This is new wp just installed, everything is default as I show you in the previous video.
After deleted 2 plugins, then try to create new post, issue still there again. Now I don’t know how to do because everything is newest and default.
Also I have tried change them to 2023 but same issue, then back to active 2024 theme, issue again come back again.
In General in Preferences, I see you have an Advanced section with a “Custom Fields” option, so you definitely had more plugins than Hello Dolly and an anti-spam plugin.

I am not familiar with that hosting provider, but my guess is they are somehow modifying the installation they’re offering.
You are missing sections that are available in a fresh WordPress installation, and you have sections that are not.
Please try installing WordPress manually following the steps at https://developer.projectdmc.org/advanced-administration/before-install/howto-install/
